About the Role
As an Account Manager for Contract Security in San Diego, you will serve as a dynamic leader overseeing operations, leading teams, and ensuring client satisfaction across a dedicated portfolio. This role exists to bridge the gap between client needs and company service standards, building trust and strong partnerships as the primary liaison. You will drive service delivery improvements and staff development while managing the day-to-day rhythm of assigned accounts.
Hiring Process
Qualified candidates will be contacted directly to schedule an interview with the Vice President of Operations. During the interview, bonus and incentive programs will be discussed. Please be prepared to bring your resume, valid driver's license, Social Security card, driving record printout, and any applicable BSIS certifications to the interview.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOversee day-to-day operations across assigned accounts and ensure service standards are met
- check_circleAct as primary liaison between clients and the company to build trust and strong partnerships
- check_circleCoordinate schedules, approve payroll and time-off requests, and verify invoicing accuracy
- check_circleEstablish post orders and site-specific protocols for each property in the portfolio
- check_circleMonitor and support after-hours emergencies as needed
- check_circleConduct periodic post checks and provide in-field coverage during staff shortages or urgent gaps
- check_circleHire, train, coach, and manage security staff while taking corrective action when necessary
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum 1 year of experience as a Manager in contract security
- verifiedPrior supervisory experience in a security or field ops setting
- verifiedValid driver's license and reliable transportation
- verifiedProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- verifiedBSIS certifications (if applicable)
