About the Role
This position serves as the Office's front line for New Accounts and Customer Service. It requires extensive product knowledge to support frequent customer contact, driving new business through servicing requests, engaging existing customers, identifying and contacting potential customers, and representing the Bank in community activities.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will maintain thorough knowledge of all account types, services, and products offered. The role involves extensive in-person and telephone contact, conducting relationships in a manner that enhances the Bank's professional, community-focused, and overall marketing efforts.
