We are looking for team-oriented individuals with personality, people skills, and high energy! Our Customer Service Representatives are the face of our brand, greeting customers, answering phones, taking orders, and preparing fresh pizza while providing excellent service.

About the Role

This position is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for operating equipment, stocking ingredients, and preparing products while ensuring accurate order processing. The role requires a blend of customer interaction and hands-on food preparation, from taking telephone orders to managing inventory and completing associated paperwork.

The work environment is dynamic, featuring varying temperatures ranging from 36 degrees in the cooler to 90 degrees and above in cooking areas. You will navigate a space that includes cramped quarters, hot surfaces, and exposure to food odors and dust. The role demands physical stamina, including standing for most tasks, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive motions like shaping dough and assembling pizza boxes.

For team members in delivery or store management positions, the role expands to include delivering products by car to customer doors, navigating adverse terrain, and managing multi-story buildings. This requires a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and access to an insured vehicle.
