About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a driven team working alongside top industry managers. This role is designed for high-energy, positive individuals who enjoy making customers smile. You will interface with guests to identify their needs, recommending the best moving supplies or storage solutions, and assisting them with products, services, and rental invoices.
The position offers flexible scheduling to accommodate school, sports, and family life. Beyond the counter, trained representatives may assist customers on the lot by installing trailer hitches, performing vehicle maintenance, and managing equipment returns.
