We are seeking optimistic, creative, and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team. The heart of this role is delivering fantastic customer service to our members and guests. You will be the first point of contact, greeting members with a smile, learning their names, and ensuring they feel valued from the moment they walk through the door.
In this part-time hourly position, you will manage the front desk area, handle member interactions, and drive sales for memberships, passes, and retail items. Your day will involve checking in guests, answering phone calls with proper protocol, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and retail spaces. You will also have the opportunity to promote group fitness and personal training programs, using our sales tools and scripts to help members achieve their fitness goals.
