This position is dedicated to driving new member sales while cultivating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. You will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring every interaction with prospective members, current members, and visitors reflects a superior level of customer service. The role is vital to creating a positive member experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Your day will be dynamic, blending front desk operations with active engagement. You will greet potential members, conduct tours, and manage information calls with a polite and friendly demeanor. A significant portion of your time will be spent facilitating member services, including check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating account information. You will also assist with amenity usage and help maintain the club's neatness and cleanliness. When complex issues arise, you will act as a liaison, forwarding specific member service questions to the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed.
