About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you are the friendly face that puts the 'Wow' in Wawa. You will greet and serve customers, ensuring their needs are met quickly and courteously. You will be proud to be part of a beloved brand committed to putting people first, doing the right thing, and making every day a little brighter.
In this role, you will be the heart of the store, engaging with customers while preparing delicious food items like breakfast favorites, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas. You will also manage the coffee station, operate the cash register, handle payments, and assist with fuel, gift cards, and age-restricted product verification. Beyond serving guests, you will help keep the store well-stocked, clean, and safe by following all established policies and procedures.
