This position is for wireless sales, focusing on handling inbound calls from individuals looking to purchase wireless devices and services for businesses. You will deliver world-class customer service, utilizing product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with both empathy and efficiency. The role requires processing orders, updating accounts and records, effective multitasking, and strong attention to detail. This role is on-site at our Tucson facility. Please apply only if you are able to work in person at our Tucson location. Career paths start at $17.00 per hour plus unlimited commission (This includes an hourly base rate of $16.50 and an on-site differential of .50 an hour).
