About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our store, dedicated to delivering a great shopping experience for every customer. You will partner with your team to ensure the store remains well-stocked, clean, and presentable. Your day will involve assisting customers with questions and recommendations, managing sales transactions, and maintaining the security of cash and company assets. You will also play a key role in store operations by receiving merchandise, helping with unloading trucks, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
