As a Customer Production Trainer in the Print Industry, you will serve as a vital bridge between Canon's advanced imaging technology and our customers' success. This national position is designed to empower users by conducting comprehensive training on Canon and third-party hardware and software products, both on-site at customer locations and remotely. You will be responsible for delivering instructional courses on key systems including Canon imagePRESS, VarioPrint, IX, ColorStream, and ProStream, as well as Fiery and PRISMAsync platforms. Your role extends beyond instruction to creating documentation and knowledge reinforcement tools that ensure long-term user proficiency.
This is a dynamic, travel-intensive role requiring approximately 75% travel across the nation. You will act as a technical liaison, communicating with sales executives, technicians, and customers to facilitate escalation-level solution support and stay current with technological changes through manufacturer seminars. The position demands a unique blend of technical expertise and a coaching personality, allowing you to distill complex technical solutions into simple, understandable terms for diverse audiences.
