About the Role
As the Customer Experience Manager, you will be the architect of our guest journey. This role exists to design and implement strategies that elevate our customer satisfaction and ensure our service consistently meets and exceeds expectations. You will bridge the gap between our sales, marketing, and support teams to create a seamless experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Your day will involve leading initiatives to improve service quality and operational efficiency while managing the customer service teams that bring our vision to life. A significant portion of your focus will be on the Brewery Visitor Center, including the Biergarten, Tavern, Events, and Gift Shop. You will drive growth by planning advertising promotions, social strategies, and creating unique events and experiences that establish our brewery as a "must-go" destination. Whether coordinating VIP Tasting Tours or corporate events, your passion for customer satisfaction will directly drive business growth.
