This position is designed for a leader who is passionate about creating an excellent customer experience. You will oversee a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt and courteous service while actively promoting our loyalty programs. Leading by example, you will engage with all customers and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
In this role, you will train and mentor Associates on front-end principles, coaching them on how to personalize the customer experience. You will manage daily operations by assigning registers, coordinating breaks, and addressing customer concerns promptly. Your focus will be on fostering a culture of honesty, ensuring adherence to labor laws and safety protocols, and supporting store goals regarding shrink reduction. You will serve as a bridge between management and Associates, communicating priorities effectively and providing constructive feedback to drive team success.
