We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy 1099 Software Implementation Consultant to manage the rollout of a custom software solution for our arboriculture business. This project-based position is expected to last approximately three to six months.
In this role, you will serve as the vital liaison between Almstead and our custom software developer. You will oversee the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring the solution meets our operational needs while maintaining data accuracy. Your work will involve analyzing internal business requirements, integrating systems, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure a seamless transition for our teams.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with hands-on software implementation experience and a passion for helping businesses maximize their technology systems. You will provide essential user training, documentation, and ongoing support to our internal team, collaborating closely with departments such as Sales, Accounting, and Administration.
This role requires travel to Almstead branch locations within the NY, NJ, and CT tri-state area to facilitate on-site implementation and training.
