About the Role

You are invited to join the GRBS Family as a Custodian at the Battle Creek Public Schools Outdoor Education Center at Clear Lake Camp. In this role, you will serve our public school customers by maintaining a clean and safe environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, and completing other assigned cleaning tasks. Success in this position requires a positive attitude, strong customer service focus, and the ability to work as a dependable team player.

This role is physically demanding and requires the willingness and capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. You must have reliable transportation to and from work each day. Due to Michigan public schools requirements, individuals with theft, violence, or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment.
