About the Role
As a Shift Lead, you will support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and ensuring Taco Bell standards are met. This role is designed for someone who takes ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seeks help when needed, and is willing to guide and help others.
You will be the face of the restaurant during your shift, ensuring that Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. A key part of your mission is to ensure the restaurant remains a safe place for both Team Members to work and customers to visit.
