About the Role
The Culinary Supervisor will coordinate, plan, participate, and supervise the production, preparation, and presentation of food for a designated unit at Duke University Hospital. This role is designed to ensure that a consistent quality product is produced while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. The position requires a hands-on approach, working directly with staff and operations to manage inventory, resolve problems, and foster a culture of open communication and continuous development.
