About the Role
The Culinary Director serves as the senior culinary leader responsible for the overall direction, integrity, and financial performance of the food program. This includes managing restaurant outlets, banquets, catering, and university-affiliated events. The role is designed to drive menu innovation, ensure impeccable quality and consistency, and champion an elevated guest experience.
In this position, you will partner closely with the General Manager and Director of Food & Beverage to maintain excellence across service, profitability, and team culture. You will lead a high-performing back-of-house team, balancing creative culinary vision with operational discipline to honor the tradition of the property's unique identity.
