UCHealth is dedicated to improving lives in big ways through learning, healing, and discovery, and in small, personal ways through human connection. We view our employees as our number one asset and foster a culture that invests in both professional success and personal well-being. Our Radiology department at the UCHealth Anschutz Outpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO, operates with a mission to provide high-quality imaging services in accordance with the organization's values and standards of practice.
This position serves as a vital part of our CT imaging team, providing computed tomography imaging that supports our broader goal of enhancing patient care. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be the face of the department for many patients, responsible for reviewing patient history and physician orders, scheduling exams, and educating patients on procedures to ensure their understanding and cooperation.
Your day will involve preparing and administering contrast media or medications within your scope of practice while continuously monitoring patient conditions. You will select appropriate exposure factors, position patients, and perform imaging procedures with critical thinking and decisive judgment. The role requires the ability to troubleshoot equipment, resolve image quality issues, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. This is an onsite role focused on delivering precise diagnostic results that drive patient outcomes.
This position will remain open for a minimum of three days and until a top applicant is identified. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply to be considered for the role.
