About the Role

This position serves as a Computed Tomography (CT) Scanning professional at the UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, CO. Working within the MCR CT Scanning department, you will provide high-quality imaging services in accordance with the organization's scope, standards, policies, values, and mission.

You will be part of a fast-paced environment where critical thinking and decisive judgment are essential. Your day will involve reviewing patient history and physician orders, scheduling, and educating patients to ensure their understanding and cooperation. You will prepare and administer contrast media or medications as ordered, continuously monitoring patient conditions and responding to changes in status. The role requires selecting appropriate exposure factors, performing quality control procedures, and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions. Additionally, you will analyze imaging results to identify and resolve quality issues, potentially performing 3-D post-processing before transmitting and reporting scan results.

This is an onsite role operating on a night shift schedule. The position requires the ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
