CT Technologist Float Pool

About the Role

This position is part of our Imaging Float Pool, designed to provide flexibility and support across multiple Front Range facilities. As a caregiver in this role, you will adapt to varying staffing needs by working at a minimum of two different facilities per 8-week period. You will self-schedule shifts on a first-come basis, committing to a minimum of four shifts within each period, which must include at least one hard-to-fill shift such as weekends, holidays, nights, or on-call availability.

In exchange for this flexibility and the ability to maintain competencies across assigned sites, float pool caregivers receive a 10% pay premium plus applicable shift differentials. This role is ideal for professionals seeking variety in their work environment while contributing to the continuity of care at Good Samaritan Hospital, Lutheran Medical Center, Platte Valley Hospital, and Saint Joseph Hospital.
