About the Role
As a CT Technologist, you will operate advanced imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Your day involves verifying orders, preparing patients for exams, and performing scans according to department protocols. You will evaluate image clarity and accuracy, adhering strictly to radiation safety guidelines to maintain a secure environment for both patients and staff. Beyond technical execution, you will provide patient education, address concerns, and coordinate care with other providers. This role also offers the opportunity to mentor students and fellow technologists, sharing expertise in positioning and equipment use. Whether you are a Level I or Level II technologist, you will stay current with the latest advancements in CT technology through continuous professional development.

Requirements
- verifiedARRT (R) registration required upon hire
- verifiedBLS certification required within 60 days
- verifiedState licensure required upon hire
- verifiedIV competency required within 90 days
- verifiedARRT (R)(CT) certification preferred
- verifiedFluoroscopy certification preferred for Colorado
- verified1-2 years CT experience preferred for Level I
- verifiedMinimum 3 years CT experience required for Level II
Nice to Have
Certified Computed Tomography Technologist (ARRT (R)(CT)). Fluoroscopy certification (for caregivers hired in the State of Colorado). 1-2 years of work experience in CT within a hospital setting.
