The CT Technologist performs a variety of CT procedures using ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes. This position requires ingenuity, initiative, and independent judgment to perform high-quality scans. You will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the best care by operating CT equipment, reviewing images for quality and accuracy, and adhering to strict radiation safety guidelines.
In this role, you will also administer contrast media as ordered by a physician, provide patient education regarding safety concerns, and maintain a safe working environment for both patients and staff. The position demands manual dexterity to manipulate complex equipment, frequent communication with care providers and patients, and the ability to navigate busy clinical environments.
This is a full-time position (36 hours) located at Platte Valley Hospital in Brighton, Colorado. The schedule runs from Friday to Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
