Key Responsibilities
- check_circleServe as first responder for customer support requests submitted through ServiceNow
- check_circleMonitor CrowdStrike Falcon detection queue and provide Tier 1 endpoint security support
- check_circleEscalate complex technical issues and potential security incidents to senior operators
- check_circleCollaborate with team members using MS Teams, Confluence, and SharePoint for knowledge sharing
- check_circlePerform initial triage of low-to-medium severity alerts using established playbooks
- check_circleDocument findings, categorize detections, and maintain detailed case notes
- check_circleAssist with compliance activities by running reports and maintaining audit-ready documentation
Requirements
- verified2+ years IT help desk or technical support experience
- verifiedAssociate degree in related field
- verifiedActive DoD Secret clearance
- verifiedIAM Level I certification (Security+, CAP, or GISF)
- verifiedProficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
