About the Role

We are seeking a Full Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team. In this position, you will provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of acute and surgical settings. This role is vital to our mission of optimizing patient outcomes through collaborative, evidence-based practice.

As a CRNA, you will partner closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and nursing staff to manage the full spectrum of anesthesia care. Your day will involve performing comprehensive pre-operative assessments, developing individualized care plans, and administering general, regional, monitored anesthesia care, and sedation. You will be responsible for managing airway, ventilation, and hemodynamic stability, while interpreting clinical data to respond promptly to changes in patient status. The role extends to supporting safe emergence from anesthesia and overseeing immediate post-anesthesia recovery, including pain and nausea management. Beyond clinical duties, you will have the opportunity to engage in quality improvement initiatives, patient safety reviews, and potentially mentor students or new CRNAs.
