Trusted Health is dedicated to empowering nurses through a transparent, innovative work culture that prioritizes professional choice and growth. Within our Healthcare & Medical Services department, we strive to connect skilled professionals with opportunities that match their unique clinical expertise and lifestyle needs.
As a Critical Care Float Pool nurse, you will serve as a vital link across multiple acute care environments. This role exists to ensure high-quality, continuous patient care by adapting quickly to diverse clinical settings and the evolving needs of critically ill patients. You will not be confined to a single unit; instead, you will float between ICU, step-down, telemetry, and other acute units based on organizational needs and your specific clinical competency.
Your day-to-day involves collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams—including physicians, respiratory therapists, and pharmacists—to respond rapidly to changes in patient status. You will utilize evidence-based practice to guide complex care decisions, manage advanced therapies, and participate in rapid response events. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives, ensuring that every patient and family receives clear education and compassionate support regardless of the unit they are in.
We offer a flexible scheduling model and competitive pay designed to support your work-life balance. Our comprehensive benefits package and empowering culture are built to foster your professional development while you deliver exceptional care.
Trusted Health is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, identity, or experience.
