About the Role
As a Critical Care Float Pool nurse, you will deliver high-quality patient care across multiple critical care units, adapting quickly to diverse clinical settings and patient needs. This role exists to ensure continuity of care in dynamic environments, allowing you to collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and respond to rapid changes in patient status. You will utilize evidence-based practice to guide your care, managing ventilators, invasive lines, and complex hemodynamic parameters while participating in codes and rapid response events.
