About the Role
As a Critical Care Float Pool Travel Nurse, you will provide expert ICU and step-down care across a variety of hospital environments. This role exists to ensure high-quality, continuous care for adult patients in high-acuity settings, regardless of the specific facility's immediate staffing needs. You will float between units, bringing your advanced clinical skills to support complex patients and interdisciplinary teams.
Your day will involve rapidly assessing, planning, and implementing evidence-based care while managing ventilators, operating critical care monitoring equipment, and responding effectively to emergencies and rapid response situations. You will serve as a vital link in the care continuum, educating patients and families on conditions and treatments while adapting quickly to new workflows and technology platforms.

Requirements
