As a Critical Care Float Pool Travel Nurse, you will provide expert ICU and step-down care across a network of diverse hospital settings. This role exists to ensure high-quality, continuous care for adult patients in high-acuity environments by deploying skilled nurses who can adapt quickly to new workflows and technology platforms. You will float between units based on facility needs, assessing, planning, and delivering evidence-based care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Your day will involve utilizing advanced skills in ventilator management, cardiac monitoring, and emergency response to support complex patients. You will be the bridge between rapid assessment and effective intervention, ensuring safety and standards of care are maintained regardless of the specific unit or facility you are assigned to.
