To support the continued delivery of quality and compassionate care in our communities, we are dedicated to meeting critical service needs through a team that leads with compassion and expertise. Our Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC) exists to guide care for individuals in crisis when it matters most, ensuring every person receives timely, person-centered support.
As a Crisis Clinician (Internal Title: Triage Clinician Lead), you will serve as the primary point of assessment for individuals experiencing behavioral health or substance use crises. This role goes beyond comprehensive clinical evaluations; you will guide the flow of services, oversee non-clinical team members, and collaborate with community partners to prevent unnecessary hospitalization or law enforcement involvement.
You will thrive in this leadership role within a fast-paced crisis care environment if you value collaboration across disciplines and agencies. Your work will directly support individuals in crisis while mentoring team members, offering virtual support to other BHCC or Youth Behavioral Health Urgent Care sites as needed. We are looking for someone who brings calm, clear decision-making to high-pressure situations and is passionate about inspiring hope through strength-based care.
We are offering a retention bonus to support our mission: $900 for non-certified or licensed candidates and an additional $1,500 for certified or licensed candidates. Your commitment helps us meet critical service needs, and we are excited to have you be a part of our team.
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM.
