Lead with compassion and expertise as a Crisis Clinician (Internal Title: Triage Clinician Lead) at our Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC). You will serve as the primary point of assessment for individuals experiencing behavioral health or substance use crises, guiding the flow of services to ensure every person receives timely, person-centered care.
This role is designed for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced crisis environment. Beyond providing comprehensive clinical evaluations, you will oversee non-clinical team members, mentor staff, and collaborate with community partners to prevent unnecessary hospitalization or law enforcement involvement. You will also offer virtual support to other BHCC or Youth Behavioral Health Urgent Care sites as needed.
This is a PRN (as needed) position requiring availability during both days and overnight shifts to meet the critical needs of our community.
We believe in holistic, strength-based care that honors the unique needs of each individual. We are looking for someone who brings calm, clear decision-making to high-pressure situations and is passionate about inspiring hope. Our team values collaboration across disciplines, agencies, and community partners, working to build bridges between care providers, law enforcement, and other agencies to best serve those in crisis.
