Lead with compassion and expertise as a Crisis Clinician (Internal Title: Triage Clinician Lead) at our Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC). You will serve as the primary point of assessment for individuals experiencing behavioral health or substance use crises, guiding care when it matters most. This role goes beyond clinical evaluation; you will direct the flow of services, oversee non-clinical team members, and collaborate with community partners to ensure every person receives timely, person-centered care. Your work is vital in preventing unnecessary hospitalization or law enforcement involvement through holistic, strength-based interventions.
Our mission is to provide culturally responsive care that honors the unique needs of each individual. We believe in building bridges between care providers, law enforcement, and other agencies to best serve those in crisis. As a leader in this fast-paced environment, you will not only provide direct clinical care but also mentor team members, fostering a culture of calm, clear decision-making and empathy. You will have the opportunity to offer virtual support to other BHCC or Youth Behavioral Health Urgent Care sites, extending our reach and impact across the community.
This position operates on weekends from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, requiring a dedicated professional who thrives in high-pressure situations.
We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background and value the unique perspectives you bring to our team.
