About the Role

McDonald’s is seeking Crew Team Members to join our team as a Crew Team Member, playing a vital role in the daily operations of our restaurants. As a key part of our crew, you will help deliver fast and friendly service to our guests while maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and food safety that our customers expect.

Day in the Life

No two shifts are exactly alike. Depending on the needs of the restaurant, you may work at the front counter, in the drive-thru, or in the kitchen. Your responsibilities will include taking customer orders, operating the register, preparing food items, and assembling orders with care. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas you work, restocking supplies, and inventory, and operating kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers. as grills and fryers.

Compensation

This position typically pays $13 to $17 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, holiday pay, overnight shift pay differential, and performance-based raises depending on location and experience.
