As a Crew Team Member, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

Day in the Life

Your day will vary depending on shift needs, allowing you to work across multiple areas of the restaurant. You might assist at the front counter, manage orders in the drive-thru, or prepare food in the kitchen. Key aspects of the role include taking customer orders, operating registers, assembling food items according to company standards, and operating kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers.

Beyond food preparation, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment is essential. You will be responsible for restocking supplies, cleaning tables and work areas, and ensuring inventory is available, and keeping both the kitchen and dining areas clean and organized. Success in this role requires working effectively as part of a team to keep the restaurant running efficiently.
