About the Role

McDonald’s is seeking Crew Team Members to join our team as a Crew Team Member, playing a vital role in the daily operations of our restaurants. As a key part of our team, you will assist with customer service, food preparation, and maintaining a maintaining restaurant cleanliness. Your work ensures that our guests receive fast and friendly service while upholding our high standards for food safety and sanitation.

Day in the Life

No two shifts are exactly alike. Depending on the needs of the restaurant, you may work in the front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen. You will be responsible for taking customer orders, operating the register, and assembling food items according to company standards. You will also operate kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers, handle payments, restock supplies, and keep tables and work areas clean. Working as part of a team, you will help keep the restaurant running efficiently.
