About the Role
McDonald’s is seeking Crew Team Members to join our team as a Crew Team Member, playing a vital role in the daily operations of our restaurants. As a key part of our team, you will assist with customer service, food preparation, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you can contribute to the efficiency and success of our restaurant operations.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will work across various areas of the restaurant, including the front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen, and kitchen, depending on shift needs. Your responsibilities include taking customer orders, operating the register, preparing food items, assembling orders, working the drive-thru, handling payments, restocking supplies, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining area, restocking inventory, and working as part of a team to keep the restaurant running efficiently. Your role is essential in providing fast and friendly customer service, preparing food according to company standards, and operating kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers.
