About the Role
Burger King is seeking a Cook I (Food & Beverage) team member to join our kitchen operations. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing food items, maintaining kitchen efficiency, and ensuring that all food quality and safety standards are met. You will play a key part in delivering the Burger King experience by preparing menu items such as burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, and breakfast items according to company recipes and procedures.
Day in the Life
As a Cook, you will operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment to assemble food orders quickly and accurately. Your day will involve monitoring food quality, maintaining proper food temperatures, and stocking kitchen ingredients. You will also be responsible for cleaning kitchen equipment and workstations, restocking kitchen inventory, and assisting with deliveries. Effective communication with team members is essential to ensure orders are completed on time, especially during busy periods.
