About the Role
McDonald’s is seeking Crew Team Members to join the team as a Crew Team Member, playing a vital role in the daily operations of our restaurants. As a key part of our team, you will help deliver fast and friendly service to our customers while maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and food safety that our guests expect.
Day in the Life
No two shifts are exactly alike. Depending on the needs of the restaurant, you may work at the front counter, in the drive-thru, or in the kitchen. Your day might involve taking customer orders, operating the register, preparing food items, and operating equipment such as grills and fryers. You will also be responsible for assembling orders, handling payments, restocking supplies, and ensuring that the dining area and kitchen remain clean and organized. Working as part of a team, you will help keep the restaurant running efficiently and ensure that every guest has a positive experience.
