About the Role
McDonald’s is seeking Crew Team Members to join the team as a Crew Team Member, playing a vital role in the daily operations of our restaurants. As a key part of our team, you will help deliver fast and friendly service to our customers while maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and food safety that our guests expect.
Day in the Life
No two shifts are exactly alike. Depending on the needs of the restaurant, you may work in the front counter, the front counter, the drive-thru, or the kitchen. Your responsibilities will include taking customer orders, operating registers, preparing food items according to company standards, and assembling orders. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas you work, restocking supplies, and inventory, and operating kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers.
