About the Role
McDonald’s is seeking Crew Team Members to join our team as a Crew Team Member, playing a vital role in the daily operations of our restaurants. As a key part of our team, you will assist with customer service, food preparation, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness to ensure a positive experience for every guest. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you can contribute to the efficiency and success of our restaurant operations.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will work across various areas of the restaurant, including the front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen, depending on shift needs. Your responsibilities include taking customer orders, operating the register, preparing food items, and assembling orders. You will also handle payments, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness in tables and work areas, ensuring that food safety and sanitation standards are maintained.
