About the Role

McDonald’s is seeking Crew Team Members to join our team as a Crew Team Member, where you will play a vital role in our daily restaurant operations. As a key part of our team, you will assist with customer service, food preparation, and maintaining the preparation, and ensuring the restaurant remains clean and welcoming for every guest.

Day in the Life

No two shifts are exactly alike. Depending on the needs of the restaurant and your shift, you may work in the front counter, the front counter, the drive-thru, or the kitchen.
