About the Role

McDonald’s is seeking Crew Team Members to join our team as a Crew Team Member, playing a vital role in the daily operations of our restaurants. As a key part of our team, you will help deliver the fast and friendly service our customers expect while maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and food safety that define the McDonald's experience.

Day in the Life

No two shifts are exactly alike. Depending on the needs of the restaurant and your shift, you may work in the front counter, the front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen. drive-thru, or kitchen. You will be responsible for taking customer orders, operating registers, preparing food items, and assembling orders. You will also work the drive-thru, handle payments, restock supplies, and ensure that tables and work areas are clean and ready for the next customer.
