About the Opportunity

This position is with a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. While the franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, it is a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA has no control over these operations and will not receive your application or be involved in any employment decisions.
