As a Team Member, you are the face of our brand, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering the high-quality food and hospitality that our customers expect.
Your day will be a dynamic blend of front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities. You will be the first point of contact for guests, answering the phone within three rings, assisting with product knowledge, and handling comments promptly and courteously. Simultaneously, you will ensure the kitchen runs smoothly by preparing quality products with strict attention to portion control, presentation, and service goal times.
Success in this role requires a sense of urgency and the ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment of a restaurant. You will perform primary duties first, then move to secondary responsibilities, and finally provide back-up support as needed. Whether you are managing the front counter, preparing food, or assisting with odd jobs upon request, your focus remains on maintaining safety standards, food safety practices, and a neat, well-groomed appearance.

Compensation
This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $10 to $18, depending on experience and location.
