About the Role
We are seeking experienced Crew Leaders to work safely in the field for our Enhancement division. As a working team member, you will oversee all aspects of a crew from start to completion. You will be the driving force behind our crew's success, ensuring that all members have the required safety materials, training, and tools to complete their jobs safely and efficiently.
Your day will involve coordinating with branch management, customers, and employees to ensure seamless operations. You will utilize installation tools and operate heavy equipment as needed, while safely driving crews to and from jobs. A key part of your role is adhering to the Company's Safety Policy, ensuring that the public remains safe while in contact with our crews, and completing daily pre-trip inspection reports.

Requirements
