About the Role
We are seeking experienced Crew Leaders to work safely in the field for our Enhancement division. As a working team member, you will oversee all aspects of a crew from start to completion. Your day will involve supervising all Enhancement activities, ensuring every crew member has the required safety materials, training, and tools to complete their jobs safely. You will coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees as needed, while also operating heavy equipment and safely driving crews to and from jobsites in adherence to our strict Safety Policy.
