Crew Leader - Enhancement

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Crew Leaders to join our Enhancement division, where you will serve as a working team member overseeing all aspects of a crew from start to completion. You will be the driving force behind our commitment to excellence in commercial landscaping, ensuring that every project is executed safely and efficiently.

In this role, you will supervise all enhancement activities, ensuring your team has the necessary safety materials, training, and tools to succeed. Your day will involve coordinating with branch management, customers, and employees, while also operating heavy equipment and driving crews to and from jobsites. You will be responsible for conducting daily pre-trip inspections and adhering strictly to our safety policies to ensure the safety of both your crew and the public.

Requirements

Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States and a reliable transportation method to reach the branch or the first jobsite. A safe driving record and the ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) are required. Strong English communication skills are essential, with Spanish proficiency considered a plus.
