About the Role
As a Crew Leader, you will be a working team member who oversees all aspects of a crew from start to completion. You are expected to work safely in the field, ensuring that all crew members have the required safety materials, training, and tools to complete their jobs. Your day involves supervising Enhancement activities, coordinating with branch management and customers, and operating heavy equipment and Install tools as needed. You will also be responsible for safely driving crews to and from jobs while adhering to the Company's Safety Policy to ensure the public remains safe during operations.
