About the Role
We are seeking experienced Crew Leaders to work safely in the field for our Enhancement division. As a working team member, you will oversee all aspects of a crew from start to completion, ensuring high-quality results and strict adherence to safety protocols.
You will supervise all Enhancement activities, ensuring that every crew member has the required safety materials, training, and tools needed to complete the job. Your day involves coordinating with branch management, customers, and employees, while also operating heavy equipment and driving crews to and from jobsites. You will be responsible for completing daily pre-trip inspection reports and ensuring the public remains safe while in contact with our crews.

Hiring Process
Candidates with experience in masonry, flat work, pavers, and retaining walls are highly desired.
