About the Role
We are seeking experienced Crew Leaders to work safely in the field for our Enhancement division. As a working team member, you will oversee all aspects of a crew from start to completion, ensuring high-quality results and strict adherence to safety protocols.
You will serve as the bridge between branch management, customers, and your team. Your day involves coordinating activities, ensuring every crew member has the necessary training, tools, and safety materials, and operating heavy equipment and vehicles to transport crews safely to and from job sites.

Hiring Process
Candidates with experience in masonry, flat work, pavers, and retaining walls are highly desired. To join our team, you must have legal authorization to work in the United States, a safe driving record, and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). Strong English communication skills are required, with Spanish being a plus.
