In this position, you will set a positive example as a leader, building team engagement and efficiency while developing teammates through our internal training programs. You will ensure quality control measures are followed, maintain a clean and safe service center, and provide guidance to automotive technicians and customer service associates. From managing inventory and financial performance to leading daily team huddles, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and creating an exceptional guest experience.

Hiring Process

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship. We look for individuals with one to three years of retail management experience who possess exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to inspire diverse groups of people. A "Guest First" mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance retail environment are essential.
